Club rules for happy small dogs
A few simple rules keep our small-dog social club safe, calm and fun for every pup.
Small dogs only
Dogs must weigh 25 lb (11 kg) or under, so play stays gentle and safe for everyone.
Vaccines up to date
Rabies, distemper/parvo and bordetella are required. Send records before the first visit.
Spayed or neutered
Dogs over 10 months old must be spayed or neutered to join the club.
Meet & greet first
Every new dog does a short visit so we can see how they play with the pack.
Healthy pups only
Please keep sick dogs home, including after vomiting, diarrhea or coughing, for 48 hours.
Drop-off & pick-up
Drop-off is 7:30–9:00am and pick-up is 4:00–5:30pm. Late pick-ups may have a fee.
What to bring
A collar with ID, any special food and medication in labelled containers. Please feel free to send along any special toys/clothes/boots for your dog.
Cancellations
Please give us 24 hours’ notice so another pup can take the spot.

Frequently asked questions
What if my dog doesn’t get along with the group?
Not every dog loves group play. We’ll talk with you about options, including shorter visits or a smaller group.
Can I stay for the meet & greet?
Yes. You’ll tour the resort, meet the team and see how your dog settles in.
What happens if my dog misbehaves?
We use calm, positive redirection. If play gets rough, we’ll give your dog a break and let you know at pick-up.
Can I change my booking?
Yes, with 24 hours’ notice. Contact us and we’ll find a new day.
